Reflexology
Reflexology or Zone Therapy is the practice of massaging, squeezing, or pushing on parts of the feet, or sometimes the hands and ears, with the goal of encouraging a beneficial effect on other parts of the body, or to improve general health.
Reflexology is the physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hand with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands with a premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.
Acupressure
Acupressure is an ancient healing art using the fingers and other parts of the body to skillfully press key points, which stimulate the body’s natural self-curative abilities. When these trigger points are pressed, they release muscular tension, and promote circulation of blood, and the body’s life force energy to aid healing.
Advantages of Acupressure include relieving pain, balancing the body, and maintaining good health. Acupressure’s healing touch reduces tension, increases circulation, and enables the body to relax deeply. By relieving stress, Acupressure Therapy strengthens resistance to disease and promotes wellness. Self-Acupressure point formulas for various energy imbalances and healing applications are taught in the School of Alternative Medicines.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the practice of using volatile plant oils, including essential oils, for psychological and physical well-being. According to the Zheel Sciences’ research essential oils are the pure essence of a plant, which have been found to provide both psychological and physical benefits.
Essential oils that are inhaled into the lungs offer both psychological and physical benefits. The aroma of the natural essential oil stimulates the brain to trigger a reaction, and when inhaled into the lungs, the natural constituents (naturally occurring chemicals) can supply therapeutic benefit. The constituents of essential oils can aid in health, beauty and hygiene conditions.

Colour Therapy
Chromo therapy, sometimes called colour therapy or colourology, is an alternative medicine method. The students trained in chromo therapy can use colour and light to balance energy wherever a person’s body be lacking, be it physical, emotional, spiritual, or mental. Colour is simply energy—energy made visible. As human beings, it’s the only energy we can actually see.
Chromo therapy is based on scientific reasons and it proposes that colours bring about emotional reactions in people. When performing chromo therapy, colour and light is applied to specific areas and acupoints on the body. Because colours get associated with both positive and negative effects in colour therapy, specific colours and accurate amounts of colour are deemed to be critical in healing.
Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy is the use of water to revitalize, maintain, and restore health. Hydrotherapy treatments include sauna, steam bath, foot bath, sits bath, and the application of cold and hot water compresses.
Benefits of Hydrotherapy include removal of wastes from body tissues, deep relaxation and it stimulates circulation, decreases inflammation, and also improves elimination.

Huna Therapy
Huna holds that the key to living a fulfilled life lies in the awakening and integration of your subconscious self, conscious self and higher self. It offers a profoundly beautiful philosophy of life centered in love and the vision of humankind, nature, and the divine as harmonious parts of a cosmic community. It gives students a set of practices that are simple yet, when used regularly, profoundly transformational.
Feng Shui Therapy
Feng Shui the ancient, 5,000 years-old Chinese Art of Placement, also known as the art & science of healing spaces, has captured the imagination of the western world. Based on the lessons & the wisdom of an ancient Chinese text, the “I Ching” or “Book of Changes”, one’s proper placement within the cosmological forces can support one’s health, balance, sense of harmony, prosperity & thereby affect one’s destiny. People are out of balance with natural life. They are searching for new ways to find joy & meaning in life & to once again get grounded. Feng Shui is the ecology of flow, the architecture of energy. Based on the idea that good fortune results when people live in balance with their environment & the inner nature.
Pendulum
For centuries, Healing Systems been using a form of a biofeedback system to diagnose illness & discover hidden things. Its constant elements, the tester & the instrument, are the same as in applied kinesiology. The pre-agreed upon response is a little different; it uses an impulse of movement rather than the resistance to movement. That biofeedback system is Pendulum Dowsing. Pendulum Dowsing is a form of clairvoyance & has the same appeal to scientists as people who bend spoons.
Medical dowsers generally use a pendulum, which has been proven to work by providing an amplification of normally undetectable movements of the wrist muscle. Some use diagnostic machine. These movements are transferred into the motion of a weight on the bottom of a string or chain. The response of the Pendulum is read as a direction for which pre-agreed upon lines of movement mean something. Pendulum Dowsers also use the deltoid muscle group, as well as wrist & other muscles, to facilitate a response as in kinesiology. Others dowsers even use resistance to a muscle group exactly like muscle testers.
Pendulum Dowsing is a very fun & simple way to begin to measure energy fields. Since we all live in a world that is comprised of energy & since we all have energy in & around our physical bodies, the ability to recognize & measure energy can be valuable & useful.
In order to begin to learn the art of Pendulum Dowsing you will need a Pendulum. Actually, a pendant on a necklace chain makes a fine Pendulum. It’s a good idea to make sure that the pendant has a little weight to it. If it is too light you will not be able to experience the energy readings as easily. Simply hold your Pendulum with one hand & allow it to dangle straight. By doing some deep breathing for a minute or so you will prepare yourself to begin your Pendulum reading.
Astrology
Astrology is a group of systems, traditions, & beliefs in which knowledge of the apparent relative positions of celestial bodies & related details is held to be useful in understanding, interpreting, & organizing information about personality, human affairs, & other terrestrial matters. Astrology can be defined as the study of the positions of celestial bodies in the belief that their movements either directly influence life on Earth or correspond somehow to events experienced on a human scale.
Modern Astrologers define Astrology as a symbolic language, an art form & a form of divination. A common assumption of Astrology is the use of celestial placements in order to explain past & present events & predict the future.
Most astrological traditions are based on the relative positions & movements of various real or construed celestial bodies & on the construction of implied or calculated celestial patterns as seen at the time & place of the event being studied. These are chiefly the astrological planets. The frame of reference for such apparent positions is defined by the tropical or sidereal zodiac of twelve signs on one hand & by the local horizon [Ascendant-Descendant Axis] & mid-heaven-imum coeli axis on the other. This latter [local] frame is typically further divided into the 12 astrological houses. Furthermore, the astrological aspects are used to determine the geometric or angular relationships between the various celestial bodies & angles in the horoscope. The claim of Astrology to predict future trends & developments, or Predictive Astrology, is based on two main methods: Astrological Transits & Astrological Progressions.
Herbal Healing
Herbal healing, or Herbalism, is one of the oldest healing techniques known worldwide. Herbalism provides the greatest natural healing knowledge. Healing herbs are often used in combinations when combating an illness. Herbs are combined to give the benefits needed from each, some to give a boost to others, some to boost the body with healing energies. Remember that in any herbal healing undertaken, diet is also very important. Herbs are medicine and should always be treated as such.
